Member Descriptions
FULL MEMBERSHIP
Any licensed doctor of chiropractic who has successfully completed a postdoctoral course of instruction in Chiropractic Orthopedics offered or provided by a CCE (Council of Chiropractic Education) accredited college or university.
Yearly dues for regular membership is $105 plus a one time application fee of $20 for a total of $125.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
Any holder of a valid license to practice as a doctor of chiropractic and who is enrolled in an approved course in Chiropractic Orthopedics is eligible to become an Associate Member. An Associate Member has the privileges of a full Member without vote. An Associate Membership will terminate at the successful completion of the prescribed course, or upon withdrawal from the course.
Yearly dues for associate membership is $90 plus a one time fee of $20 for a total of $110.
SUPPORTING MEMBERSHIP
The category of Supporting Memberhip is available to the following who have an interest in the role of Chiropractic Orthopedics in contributing to the health of the public:
- A holder of a valid chiropractic license not enrolled in a postgraduate chiropractic orthopedics course
or who is not a Diplomate in Orthopedics or Board Eligible. - A former Associate Member who is no longer eligible for that category.
- Allied health professionals.
- Friends of the ACCO.
Supporting Members may attend ACCO membership meetings where they may have a voice without vote, may serve on selected committees, and will receive the Journal of the ACCO (JACCO), other published material, and such other privileges as the Board may grant.
Yearly dues for supporting membership is $70 plus one time application fee of $20 for a total of $90.
STUDENT MEMBERSHIP
The category of student member is available to undergraduate chiropractic students who have an interest in the role of chiropractic orthopedics in contributing to the health of the public. Student ACCO members may attend ACCO membership meetings where they may have a voice without vote, and will receive the Journal of the ACCO (JACCO), other published material, and such other privileges as the Board may grant.
Yearly dues for student ACCO membership is $25; application fee waived.
FACULTY MEMBERSHIP
A full time faculty member of any accredited College or University who has an interest in the role of orthopedics in contributing to the health of the public is eligible to become a Faculty Member. Faculty Members may attend ACCO membership meetings where they may have a voice without vote, and will receive the Journal of the ACCO (JACCO), other published material, and such other privileges as the Board may grant.
Yearly dues for faculty ACCO membership is $25; application fee waived.
