RE: ACCO Convention – May 08 – May 10, 2009

Dear Representative,

Thank you for your interest in participating in our 2009 convention. This year marks the 53rd annual convention presented by the ACCO. We are pleased to be hosting this event at the brand Hyatt Regency in San Antonio, Texas.
We have taken great effort to insure that our exhibitors and sponsors are provided with the greatest possible recognition and exposure to our attendees and general membership. Please take a moment to review the enclosed comments from the exhibitors and sponsors who’ve joined us the last several years. Be assured that the ACCO will work diligently to make this convention a success for all who participate.

The benefits of exhibiting with the ACCO include: a listing on our website with direct link to your company website, a listing in the convention’s Proceedings Manual (provided to all attendees) and the Journal of the American College of Chiropractic Orthopedists (JACCO), (provided to the general membership), a mailing list of all convention attendees, one ticket to each of two luncheons held during the conference, advanced notice at future ACCO conventions and the opportunity to advertise in the conference Proceedings Manual or participate as a sponsor of special convention events, meals, and activities.

Please review the enclosed Convention Sponsorship information form for specific information regarding availability. All sponsorships that are paid in full by December 15, 2008 will also benefit from inclusion of your company name and or logo on our high quality 20,000 piece promotional mailing.

The Exhibits Hall floor plan at the Sheraton Hyatt Regency San Antonio will provide a high level of attendee foot traffic, as the doctors must travel though the Exhibits Hall to get to the Speaker’s Hall where they are attending lectures for CE credits and re-licensing. The Exhibits Hall is also the center of activity during the conference and attending doctors eagerly anticipate the many drawings for donated items that occur at every break. Because they must be present to win, the doctors congregate in the Exhibits Hall. Luncheon on Saturday will be in the Exhibits Hall.

The only limitation to this conference is the number of exhibitors and sponsors we can accommodate. Several booths and a Platinum Sponsorship have already been reserved, so please do not delay registering. A deposit of $250 will hold a space for your company. Hope to see you there!
